17th September 2023 Hiking - Walking: Around Felixstowe Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: cloudy with some rain Max Speed: Distance Covered: Saturday 16th September – walk **** – Felixstowe prom – Cloudy and coole with some rain. Not such nice weather today, cloudy and cooler but at least Arlo slept in a little later today, I made pancakes today followed by making another huge brio train track. Rob cut the ivy from above our garage helped by Hannah and Mag while I had some fun with Arlo with Hama beads while strangly listening to rock n roll. Then after lunch we all headed out on an afternoon walk down to Felixstowe prom with Arlo on his bike before the rain arrived! Arlo absolutely loves his bike and had fun whizzing along the busy prom:) We stopped at the new activity park that includes loads of exercise equipment and some boulders, great fun:) We made it to the end of the prom to shelter from the rain, then Hannah went for another swim, some bigger waves today! Then back along The Manor going on the kids playgrounds and home absolutely knackered, then tea and Rob, Hannah and Arlo headed for home, arriving safely some three hours later, the end of a great weekend:) Photo Album here |
